PINK FLOYD, ‘PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN’ A UK 1970 COLUMBIA STEREO VINYL LP SCX 6157.
An Immaculate Stereo re-issue of Pink Floyd’s 1967 UK, debut album release, on the Black with Silver Print Columbia Record Labels, with the Gramophone Co Ltd Label Rim and ‘Made in Great Britain’ printed to both record labels.
Both record labels are in Mint Minus condition, beautiful bright and undamaged record labels, showing signs of only one play.
Side 1 stamped matrix: YAX 3419-1 and Side 2: YAX 3420-1
Side 1 stampers: 1RO. and Side 2: 2 OP.
Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in beautiful Mint Minus condition, stunningly clean and bright vinyl surfaces to both sides, all that is barely visible are a couple of insignificant hairlines.
Audio Quality:
As expected the LP plays through with superb Stereo sound quality.
The LP comes in it’s original Inner record bag, and is protected in it’s Garrod & Lofthouse, front laminated Picture Sleeve.
The sleeve is in superb Excellent condition, with mild signs of record storage and a 1” split on the top edge.
A beautiful example of this collectible UK Deep Purple, re-issue debut album release.
