Item:
Original & complete 1st UK pressing of Pink Floyd - The Dark Side if the Moon LP from March, 1973. Solid blue 1st press labels. 1st press 'midnight blue' tint sleeve that seals on the front panel as per 1st press sleeves. This sleeve also has the round purple title sticker on the front which is the 1st version 67 mm larger sticker before being reduced in size for later pressings. The set is complete with all inserts - both posters, both postcard stickers and the original black poly-lined inner sleeve. The two postcard stickers are 1st press „Fasson“ versions and the black die-cut inner has the patent numbers and 'MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' printed on as-per 1st press sets. All parts are original.

The Vinyl is in NEAR MINT ! no marks or scratches visible in bright natural daylight, glossy and clean with a deep-sheen throughout. Make no mistake, this is a top condition LP to look at and to listen to! The visual grades NEAR MINT! The playback also grades NEAR MINT! . It's a AMAZING player, the all-important 'Heartbeat' intro plays nice and quietly, and without the crackle that can so often hinder this record. The individual instrument solos and vocals sound fantastic. The bass is crisp, tight and powerful, very very nice !
This is a great player and it is rare to find a 1st press DSotM that also plays so FANTASTIC! There are no playback issues to report, no pops, no clicks, and no skips. The 1st press 'midnight blue' tinted sleeve with large purple sticker grades EXCELLENT PLUS ! with only light signs of handling/storage, very nice indeed! Both posters have no tears, folds, tape marks or pin holes NEAR MINT! Both postcard stickers are unused NEAR MINT! The black poly-lined inner has no splits, the lining is fully intact, no tears or marks, EXCELLENT PLUS !

PACKING
Special German made extra-stiff Cardboard Box designed for multiple LPs are used, even for single LP packages. The boxes are oversized and thus provide extra corner protection as well as great stiffness to the package. Additional protection may also be used when found nessesary, such as stiffeners, bubble-wrap, extra corner-protection. I do not charge anything for packing materials.
GRADINGS
MINT(-) is as close to new as a used LP can get, unplayed or played 1-2 times at most with no visual signs of use on surfaces.
MINT- is superb !!! .No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else. All minor blemishes will be mentioned in the individual descriptions.
EX or EXCELLENT is also VERY nice, 2-3 light inaudible marks/hairlines perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+ is nice with light hairlines, a few marks maybe. Please see individual notes in case of VG+ or lower gradings.
