Public Image Limited
Metal boxRare UK 3LP set in Metal Box released on Virgin Records in 1979. Cat. METAL1. Comes with circular paper dividers & inner sheet in round Metal tin. PiL managed to avoid boundaries for the first four years of their existence, and Metal Box is undoubtedly the apex. It's a hallmark of uncompromising, challenging post-punk, hardly sounding like anything of the past, present, or future.
Records have a few light age spots on labels. Records are in Near Mint condition. As with most of these original metal boxes the box has light rusting and faded silver colour. Box is in Excellent condition.
