Notes : music and orchestra Piero Umiliani. A great lounge score featuring an extraordinary variety of themes and atmospheres : exotic and percussive , melodic and romantic , beat , rhythmic and slightly jazzy. Among the tunes : " WHITE SAND " plenty of exotic percussions beat type with melodic hints and an obsessive entrance of the electric guitar , " DUSKEN " at the start performed by a soprano sax solo till the organ's entrance with rhythmical accompaniment , " IN THE END " a melodic theme underlined by a splendid female wordless vocals , " TIDAL STREAM " with a rumbling bass and percussive instruments on acoustic effects like those caused by the bows , " DESERT ISLAND " (version on side 2) performed by the electric guitar with a background of seductive sea sound obtained by means of the pianofender and piano...... In my opinion one of the best soundtracks composed by Umiliani in the early seventies. 14 tracks.

An Italian dramatic movie , starring Enrico Maria Salerno , Zeudi Araya , Carrol Baker , Leonard Mann , directed by Luigi Scattini.
