Referencing, Boris Goldofsky's landmark syndicated radio program of the 1970s-80s and the unique Piano history month of January, I showcase historic piano recordings during the balance of January.

In Tribute, I offer a very rare acoustical Polydor recording of Schumann's great Fantasy in C Op. 17.
Noted 1920s Berlin Concert Pianist and Scholar, Walter Rehberg performs on these unbelievably near Mint condition acoustical Polydors.
The last side is filled with Liszt's D flat Major Consolations, Op. 17.
*Note, this is Rehberg's rarer first recording of The Fantasy. He also made an electrical version for Polydor in the mid 1930s.
