1. Items are sent within 48 hours after receipt of your payment (weekends excluded).  You will receive a mail when the item is sent.

2. I am not responsible for any loss or broken items through the postal services.  Items ARE sent.  However, you can always contact me to see what can be done about your loss at oddworld0406@gmail.com. 

3. Insured shipment : cost is $5 per insured item up to 2 kg worldwide.

4. Return of items : if you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it after contacting me at oddworld0406@gmail.com. Refund will be based on the item cost, not on shipping cost.  A refund will only be eligible if the item is returned within 3 days after receipt of your item.  A refund will be paid upon return receipt of the item in the condition I sent it.  If  I notice that a buyer is taking disadvantage of return policies with any seller or with my items, I will make a note of it in the feedback to warn other sellers.
