Super rare hip hop lp (I have seen these sell for over £100 on a few occasions)

I have graded the Vinyl as VG as it has definitely been played a lot, it’s got quite a few marks and small scratches, nothing deep but will possibly be noticeable on parts . . I haven’t got anything at the moment I can test this on but can’t see any being big enough to make the needle jump etc.

Also I have marked the bpm’s next to the track titles (see pics) . . I did this on most LP’s and obviously regret it now, this was done for sampling purposes and not for DJing (I never played any hip hop gigs)

Cover looks great - VG+/NM with very little shelf wear or creases.
