original compilation LP that later became the first volume in the Pebbles series, it has
been reissued later in both LP and CD formats. The full name of the LP is “Pebbles,
Volume 1: Artyfacts From The First Punk Era” , an obvious take-off on the name of
the landmark compilation LP that preceded it, the “Nuggets:Original Artyfacts From
First Psychedelic Era, 1965-1968” , with "Psychedelia" substituted for "Punk" ...
