Description

This is a original copy of Pearls Before Swine's "Balaklava" on ESP-DISK.  This and my other LPs offered this week come from the collection of a gentleman who was a DJ from 1969-72.  Though it isn't labeled specifically as a promo copy, since this came from the DJ's collection (where it was amongst many radio station promo LPs) and has a punch hole lower right, this was very likely a promo copy.


Condition: the jacket is very clean with sharp edges and corners.  The only notable wear is seen at the lower right corner, where the edgewear is heaviest (but still not bad), the upper left corner (which has slight fraying/damage) and the punch hole, which did not go through the back cleanly and left some tearing around the hole.    


The vinyl is truly NM (not a grade I hand out often), super glossy and clean, looks like new.  Both sides play beautifully with virtually no surface noise.


Includes the rare original lyric sheet which is in nice, sharp, clean condition.
