The Record Grading System as defined by Goldmine Records:
- "New or Mint", meaning the LP should be absolutely perfect. Even brand new sealed items can be flawed and not qualify as mint.
- "Near Mint", meaning almost perfect, you may see very tiny flaws or very slight wear, including very light scuff marks.
- "Excellent or Very Good +", meaning a minimum of visual or audible imperfections, some visual wear, surface noise is evident.
- "Very Good", meaning a little more signs of wear, labels may be marred with some writing or tape or stickers, same with the sleeves, light scratches will be able to be felt with fingernail.
- "Good", meaning the item is not bad, but will show definite signs of wear & tear, probably evidence that no real care was given to the item, but should play without skipping, more surface noise evident.
- "Poor or Fair", meaning the item will show definite signs of neglect & most definitely will skip, heavily marred with writing, stickers or tape.
- "Really Trashed", meaning buy at your own risk.
Terms & Conditions of sale:
1. All items sold will come to you in "as found" and "as is" condition, with the condition being described to the very best of our ability. We take great care to describe items as accurately as possible. Colors can be tricky to photograph due to cameras, lighting, computers and personal interpretation. Terms of sale will not be altered. So please note, YOUR QUESTIONS ARE WELCOMED!
2. Buyer should contact Seller with mailing address and form of payment you will be submitting within 3 days after end of auction. Buyers contact info must be up to date as required by eBay. If contact information is not accurate, it may result in cancellation of sale and item may be reposted.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Payment must be received with in 7 days of close of auction. We prefer payment through PayPal and Bidpay. It is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to ensure payment arrives on time and an accurate mailing address is provided. 2. United States Buyers – Paypal, Western Union Bidpay, Domestic Money orders, Cashiers checks or Cash payments are always welcome. Personal or company checks are NOT accepted for any reason, nor is any other type of payment other than what is listed here (meaning we do not accept wires transfers of any kind). Failure to comply with payment terms will results in non-payment. 3. We ship all Domestic shipments with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number. This tracking number will be emailed to you. Please make sure that you mailing address is accurate. We will ONLY ship to confirmed addressed when paying via Paypal. We will NOT ship to any other address other than the confirmed address. VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure Paypal and Bidpay transactions include item number, item name and confirmed shipping address or shipment will be DELAYED and/or payment will be rejected.
4. International Buyers – We accept Paypal, Bidpay, International Money Orders or very concealed cash. It is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to ensure payment arrives on time and mailing address given is accurate. Any payments that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you and treated as non-payment of the auction. If the you send a money order that does not state INTERNATIONAL money order on it, it will be returned to you (i.e., Canadian Post money orders are not accepted).
5. Paypal's policy for Seller Protection is ONE payment per package. Buyers making multiple purchases must make a single payment. If you post multiple payments, they will be refunded and a combined invoice sent to you. If you do not know how to make a single payment for multiple purchases, please request an invoice.
6. Paypal payments that do not include postage or the incorrect postage will immediately be refunded. A new invoice will be sent with the correct amount due. If you pay through Paypal and use e-check, the check must clear prior to shipment of the item(s).
7. Bidpay - We must receive the money order prior to shipment of the item.
Insurance is your responsibility:
*International shipments can take up to 12 weeks (or more) to arrive, so registered mail is suggested for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for tracking lost or undeliverable mail. *Insurance covers damages in shipment or lost/misdirected mail. Insurance is your responsibility. If your item is received damaged, we can not replace it because 99.99% of the time this is the only one we have in stock. Therefore, insurance is a good idea if this is a very collectable item you are bidding on. All Insurance claims are subject to U.S.P.S. policies. Returns will NOT be accepted for items clearly damaged in the mail. Registered Mail covers insurance on International shipments.
*Refunds are not given for undeliverable merchandise. If the merchandise comes back in the original/unopened packaging we will contact you. You will be responsible for all additional mailing costs.
SHIPPING:
1. Items will be packaged with great care to insure their safe arrival. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only. We operate a full-time business as well as an eBay business and cannot ship everyday! You are responsible for all shipping costs.
2. United States Buyers – We use USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail unless otherwise stated. Some items (posters, stand-ups, etc.) may be considered “oversized” and a higher shipping rate will apply. We pay for all delivery confirmations and will email you with a tracking number once item is shipped. If you have trouble receiving your mail then you should purchase certified delivery or a signature confirmation, as WE are not responsible if your mail is stolen.

3. International Buyers – We ship USPS Air Mail and we ship to all points outside of the United States. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. You are responsible for Registered/Insurance charges. If you item arrives broken and you did not purchase Registered/Insured mail, we are not at fault.

COMBINING ITEMS:
Many of our customers win more than one item. We are happy to combine items that end on the same day into a single shipment, unless otherwise noted due to size and/or weight limitations. Please make one single payment for all items, being sure to LIST all items by item number and by item name and make sure you include a VALID US Postal mailing address (Items that end more than 7 days apart cannot be combined).
FEEDBACK:
We love receiving positive feedback and we return all feedback left for us.We have been selling on eBay over three years and have a 99+% Positive Feedback rating and multiple feedbacks from repeat buyers that do not count in the actual feedback total. We ask that you contact us to resolve any problems prior to leaving negative or even neutral feedback. While we strive to please all our customers, we recognize that "You can't please all the people all the time" and will happily work to resolve any issues that may arise. Once Feedback has been left, it is impossible to resolve these issues so we do ask that you contact us first. Ebay will NOT remove any feedback comments for any reason.
RETURN POLICY:
1. ”New/Sealed” items are not always perfect, therefore that would be considered a Manufacturer’s defect, not our mistake. If an agreement is made to accept a return because we made a mistake, you must ship it back, safely packaged (preferably in the original packaging). When the item returns in the SAME condition as it was originally sent, we will review the discrepancy and determine if a refund should be issued. 2. We DO NOT cancel sales or accept returns on items because you made a mistake, or your child accidentally bid on the item, or because you decided that you just do not want it. 3.Returns are allowed for defective merchandise only, meaning the item will not power up, the cd, cassette or lp will not play at all. You are responsible for your purchase and the cost of postage. My advise to everyone is always ask questions & "know what you buy, do your research". Please be assured that we will never post any item on ebay that does not work. Because you failed to notice something wasn't included in the particular listing, does not make us responsible. 4. Clothing, books, posters, jewelry, and houseware items are exempt from this return policy (they are sold "as is", no exceptions). 5. We are NOT responsible for items clearly damaged in the mail. Postal insurance covers all damages in transit and we are not responsible if you fail to purchase insurance. I can't express enough how important Insurance is on some items.
NON PAYMENT:
We subscribe to eBay’s non-payment policy and follow it to the letter. Payment must be received with in 7 days of close of auction or we file a “Non-Paying Bidder Alert” with eBay. Once it is filed, eBay will send you a “Reminder to Pay Your Seller”. You must contact us regarding payment status as soon as you receive that notice. Furthermore, this may result in the sale being cancelled immediately & relisted on ebay. Please note that 7 days allows plenty of time for payment to reach us, even International payments.
