LOOKS & PLAYS NEAR PERFECT, I JUST PLAY GRADED IT, AND ON ONE OF THE SIDES, ON THE THIRD REVOLUTION ON THE LEAD IN GROOVE THERE WAS ONE VERY VERY SMALL “CLICK” ABOUT :05 BEFORE THE SONGS STARTS, THE OTHER SIDE IS MINT, THIS IS THE ONLY TINY DEFECT THAT KEEPS IT FROM BEING A TRUE MINT RECORD.

SLEEVE CONDITION: THIS IS A CAPITOL RECORDS SLEEVE OF THE LATE 1980'S EARLY 90'S. SILVER PATTEREND WITH THE OLDER LOOKING CAPITOL RECORDS LABEL IN THE LOWER LEFT CORNER, IT'S IN EX/EX+ CONDITION, JUST A LIGHT CORNER BENDS FROM STORAGE (SEE PHOTO OF ONE OF THEM) STILL VERY CLEAN.

"This One" is a single from Paul McCartney's 1989 album, Flowers in the Dirt. The song reached number 18 on the UK singles chart.[1][2] It also reached number 8 on the Ö3 Austria Top 40 in Austria, number 31 in the Dutch Top 40 in the Netherlands, number 40 on the Media Control Charts in Germany and number 14 in Japan.

The single includes two songs recorded during the sessions for CHOBA B CCCP album: "I Wanna Cry" and "I'm In Love Again". The latter appeared in a slightly edited form than the version released on 1991 international edition of CHOBA B CCCP.

Like other songs from Flowers in the Dirt, despite the song's modest chart success, to date it has not been included on any McCartney compilation album
