On offer here is a SERIOUSLY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Paul McCartney & Wings called "Red Rose Speedway" and is a MEGA RARE 1973 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Custom' Apple label (with the correct 1st Press 'An Apple Record' text on both labels)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL AND ULTRA RARE IS THAT IT IS LAMINATED!!!!  AND THIS IS SERIOUSLY RARE!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS 1ST PRESSED THE VAST MAJORITY OF COVERS WERE UNLAMINATED (AND ARE VERY COMMON INDEED).  HOWEVER A VERY VERY FEW 1ST PRESS COVERS WERE LAMINATED BY MISTAKE AND THESE ARE VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND SERIOUSLY RARE!!!!  AND NATURALLY THIS COVER LOOKS FAR FAR BETTER LAMINATED - THAN THE COMMON UNLAMINATED VERSION!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1973 UK ULTRA RARE LAMINATED 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'CUSTOM' APPLE LABEL, 'AN APPLE RECORD' TEXT TO BOTH LABELS, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' ULTRA RARE 'LAMINATED' GATEFOLD COVER + 'STAPLED IN' BOOKLET!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A LAMINATED 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the original UK 1st pressing from 1973 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is PCTC 251 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Custom' Apple label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!  Any fan of Paul McCartney, The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! Interestingly on one label it is clearly written 'Not For Sale' and this copy was an ex 'DJs' copy (showing that this is a VERY early pressing indeed!) - and the other writing on the same label relates to this also.  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 TINY surface mark, only 2 or 3 light hairlines, and only a few light paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with only a very VERY few VERY light clicks (from the TINY surface mark), NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle, and only some INCREDIBLY slight MEGA low level touches of background sound on the run on grooves and VERY occassional gap - NOT in the music!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 1st Press LAMINATED 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Cover (+ 'Stapled In' Booklet) is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, barely ANY rubbing, and NO yellowing!!!! The booklet is in STUNNING condition and firmly stapled in place!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A LAMINATED 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
