Description

You are bidding on a rare, limited edition promo disc, on the Tobe Milo label, by Paul McCartney, featuring 15 different 30 and 60 second introductions to tracks for the RAM album, in 1971. This disc features material released to radio stations, with the suggestion that these tracks be used as introductions to the tracks on Ram, as they were featured on the air. There is a bit more detail on the back cover, which can be seen in the scan, above. This is a 7" record, which plays at 33 1/3 IPS.

My understanding is that this pressing of this material is extremely rare. The back cover shows that 1000 copies were pressed, and that this is copy 303.

The record is clean and shiny, with virtually no marks of any kind, and it plays very well. I believe I played it when it was new, once or twice, and made a tape copy more than 35 years ago, and played it again yesterday to make a sound sample.

The cover is hard cardboard, and has a bit of age related yellowing/fading, but is fully intact, and otherwise in excellent condition.
