I’m a collector myself – been collecting for decades so I’m as careful as possible and I always try to sell high quality vinyl.

In the main records are graded visually unless I notice a suspicious mark etc – then I listen to it.

I successfully conducted mail record auctions for over 30 years and can’t remember ever having more than a handful of queries regarding grading. We all know that this can happen very easily with vinyl, but rest assured if you’re not happy a full refund will be made.

GRADINGS - in accordance with universal collectors gradings

M new EX may have some light scuffing – hardly played – sounds great

VG wear more visible – scuffed – possible light scratches – quite acceptable G noticeable surface wear and scratches – OK until you can obtain a better copy F seen better days – heavily scratched – could jump P Only good as a gap filler or for labels “+” or “-” will be used to fine tune. If record has a picture cover – the cover will be graded eg PC(M-)

I do my very best to provide an accurate grading to ensure a quality product.  All of us collectors know that try as we may, occasionally an error can happen. If you disagree with the grading I prefer your communication rather than negative feedback. Please contact me and your money will be refunded in good faith.

So please check your item as soon as possible and if you are happy please leave some positive feedback for me. Then I’ll know that it has arrived and you are happy. I will then leave positive feedback for you.

If you consider that you are not satisfied, then please contact me for the refund of your purchase. If there is a problem, it can be resolved.

POSTAGE

Please note that, whilst it is rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post, my part of the transaction contract is legally completed as soon as the item is in the hands of the Post Office. I will not, therefore, accept responsibility for any loss or damage by Australia Post. I am unable to provide on-line trackable proof of posting unless insurance options are requested and paid for by the buyer. Whilst I always dispatch items as soon as possible after payment has been received and/or cleared, please allow up to 14 days for delivery (21 days if overseas).

Australian Buyers  

Whilst Paypal is a payment option payment by Bank Deposit is the preferred payment method, Bank details are contained in eBay checkout, please put your eBay ID with the deposit for ease of identification. Australian Money Order or Bank Cheque - sorry no personal cheques

International Buyers - payment is to be made through PayPal only.
