I cannot be responsible for delivery unless you choose the Priority Mail option. Although expensive, the items can be insured and the package can be tracked. USPS First Class Mail International, while more affordable, does not offer insurance nor tracking. I recently had to make major refunds to two EU customers despite having proof of mailing.
I will be happy to ship First Class and will provide proof of shipping if there's a problem, but it would be up to the buyer to take it up with the postal service in his/her own country if the package goes missing.
I will add that I have successfully shipped dozens of records and CDs by First Class over the last couple of years with no problems until these two recent lost items, so, I can say it's a pretty reliable and safe way to ship for the most part.
