Wow, super ultra rare!

There were only 2000 copies of this record pressed. This record has been known to fetch $400+ (US) at the Austin Record Convention.

Oz Knozz originated in 1969. The original group consisted of Jack Alford (drums, flute, guitar, and vocals), Bill Massey (bass, guitar, saxophone, and vocals), and Duane Massey (keyboards, trumpet, drums, and vocals). Jack left the band in 1971 and was replaced by Marty Naul. Richard Heath (guitar) was added in 1972, along with a three-man horn section. The horn section was dropped a short time later, but Richard became an integral part of the band. After the release of “Ruff Mix” in 1975 Richard left the band, and was replaced by Rick Wheeler. Glenn Gibson joined the band in 1979 as lead vocalist. An EP was released with this line-up, along with two songs that appeared on two local radio station compilations. During the ‘80’s several different lineups appeared, with Duane and Marty continuing with all versions. Bill withdrew from the stage, but continued to work with the band in other capacities.
