Overtures In Hi-Fi Paris Conservatoire Albert Wolff SXL 2008. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
This is one the first of the Decca ffss records which I bought when theSXL series was first released in 1958. I have played it to check that it isfree of faults. The label has ORIGINAL RECORDING BY at 11 o'clock, on the runout ZAL-3816-3E on side one and ZAL-3815-2E on side two. On the bottom right of the cover is what I think is the date G.P. 8.58. There are 3 light marks on side 2 but these do not affect the sound but one can just be heard on the run in before the start. The cover has marks on the corners as can be seen in the picture.
This is the second of this series I am selling, the others I also have,all bought new by myself, are SXL 2009 and 2020 plus some later 1960 ones whichI shall gradually put on eBay once checked. All these records have been kept ina World Record Club container for many years and not been played for more than50 years. I also have a number of the SKL series.
