Condition of record is E++, no scuffs, no scratches, no spindle marks, plays very clean & quiet. Jacket is very clean, no ring wear, no seam splits.
The Otis Brothers are actually Pat Conte and Bob Guida. This album of blues, folk, and old timey music was released in 1982.
The tunes are Memphis Fives, I Keep On Wantin' You, Nice Like That, Woke Up This Morning, Locomotive Blues, The Preacher and the Bear, Mississippi Lowdown, Davidson County Stomp, Arise and Shine, Squinch Owl Moan, The Coon That Had the Razor, Careless Love, Jesus Is My Aeroplane, Casey Jones.

E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect.
VG = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.
