The product is an original section from the stage that The Beatles performed on at the world famous Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany.
This piece of music history is a rare and valuable collectible for fans of the iconic rock 'n' roll band. The wood section is larger than some pieces listed previously. It measures roughly 1 1/8 x 5 1/2 length x 1 1/2 , thick. The envelope measures 2 3/4 x 8”.
It captures the essence of The Beatles' performance in Hamburg and serves as a tangible piece of their legendary career. Designed and manufactured in Germany when the stage was built, this item holds cultural significance and is a must-have for music enthusiasts and collectors.
If memory serves me correct, there was a fire at the star club, and someone was smart enough to realize that they should save as much of the stage as possible. You really don’t find too many of these around and as mentioned previously, some people cut them much tinier than this.
This section was made up in stamped for the live Hamburg Beatles release box set . They sold out very quickly, but there were a few extras, which is now available for sale right now. This is the only one I have ever owned and once sold, that is it!
It contains the stage piece an envelope inside a box with a booklet 48 pages. Plus the certificate of authenticity. This is number 150/1000 and it’s signed by Gunter Zint of the Saint Paul Museum in Hamburg, Germany.
