Shipping Information:
- We ONLY ship to addresses as provided by eBay within 24 hours of placing the order during business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. Shipment details will be emailed the day after the order has been processed.
- USA - Shipments via UPS Ground exclusively. This guarantees a reliable, trackable, insured delivery.
- Shipping fee will be determined based on the weight of the item and your zip code.

DAMAGES:
Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! Audio Den must be notified within 2-days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please call our office during our regular business hours. Failure to contact our office within 2-days may void our Returns / Damaged Item policy.
If the package appears to have been slightly damaged during transit, we encourage you to write "Package Damaged" on the slip when you sign for it. If the package is severely damaged you can refuse to accept delivery of the shipment. Please let us know if this occurs so that we are aware of the situation.
Be sure to keep all packaging, including interior packing materials and any interior and/ or exterior boxes so that Audio Den can submit a shipping claim. Items should be returned in the original packaging.
When a damaged product is returned, the credit will include any shipping costs due. In many cases we can send out replacement parts for defective ones and replace damaged pieces so a return may not be necessary.
