Description

Up for your consideration is an awesome blues LP from Howlin Wolf Chess LP 1469 - I believe it to be the first pressing. The LP still has it’s original shrink wrap still on it & is intact. It has the early black & silver Chess label. It’s in VG + condition- however there is a small flaw on the cover & back (see pic). Nice classic blues LP

Here’s a sonic run down of the vinyl

Side 1

Shake for me - top end needle scratches (no needle pops)

The red roooster - same as above a bit louder (no pops)

You’ll be mine - same background noise less

Here is the list of tunes on the LP & I notes after I listened to the LP - some serious blues man !!!!

There’s some Low fi needle scratchiness (sounds like a small campfire popping in a distance) you don’t notice it when the track starts but it’s prevalent in between. No skips or major needle pops or jumps on the LP.
