DELIVERY
• Dispatch of goods is arranged through ‘Bargain-Bid-Buy’.
• Delivery times apply from the day after posting and vary depending on destination.
• Domestic “Regular” deliveries are usually completed within 2 - 7 business days. (Next business day “Express” delivery is also available on request)
• International deliveries are usually completed within 3-10 business days (via Air Mail) or 2-3 months (via Sea Mail), dependant on buyer choice.
• International “Express” delivery is also available on request.
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• ‘Bargain-Bid-Buy’ is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit.
• If your item does not arrive after the allocated delivery time-frame, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems.
Domestic "Standard" delivery is through Australia Post and, as their cheapest postage option, does not include tracking. Although offered as a free or paid shipping option we recommend use of "Registered" mail to safegaurd item delivery.

RETURN and WARRANTIES
• We offer a 30-day return policy on all items found to be “Dead on Arrival (DOA)” or “Not as Advertised (NAA)” .
• If able we will replace DOA or NAA items within 7 days from the date of return to the Seller (Pending stock availability). The exception will be single stock items such as “Used” or “Collectors” items (One of a kind) or items offered with a Manufacturer’s Warranty; in most cases we do not handle these returns as warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer.
