Description

Original 1968 L.P. -  THE GROWING CONCERN - THE GROWING CONCERN on MAINSTREAM - S6108 USA (Mono Pressing) DJ COPY.  (NOTE** The sleeve says this is stereo press - s/6108, but then has a sticker on front with MONO.  The vinyl has number 56108 and KP543.  So this I guess is a rarer MONO DJ Pressing so will sound better louder than the Stereo)

A great psychedelic album.  Male and Female swap lead vocals, great harmonies, well played loud n' heavy bass, electric organ swirls, some great fuzz and lead guitar work.  Acid dripping garage, flower powered and folky garage.  The covers are rearranged and very listenable.  Stand Out Track - Edge of Time starts all Medieval with fuzzy middle eastern guitar then goes into a wonderful garage psyche romp out and ends back with the medieval thing, truly fantastic.
