This is an original mono / deep groove pressing of the jazz LP:  CHET BAKER "BALLADS" (Riverside / RLP 12-299).

Featuring:  Chet Baker, Herbie Mann, Pepper Adams, Bill Evans, Kenny Burrell, Paul Chambers, Connie Kay / Philly Joe Jones. 

Record appears to be in excellent condition - looks barely played!

Cover is in excellent condition with only minor wear to top right corner and very minor wear along opening seam.  Top seam split at opening appx. 2 inches.  No other split seams.  Very glossy.  Looks amazing - see scans.
