Record number: T2553.  Matrix numbers: T-1-2553-F18 and T-1-25532-F23.

Cover: VG- (slight ringwear, name in ink on upper LH front, oil stain on lower edge front & back, worn edges, 3/8" x 2" tape tear on back)
