Description
Today I decided to offer this rare BEATLES Ep with sleeve in great condition and with NO reserve. This is the original '64 U.S. 7" 45 rpm Ep with cardboard cover. Called: FOUR BY THE BEATLES. The record is on turquoise with silver print CAPITOL labels #EAP 1-2121. Songs are: THIS BOY, PLEASE MR POSTMAN, ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN, ALL MY LOVING. Stamped in the trail off is F2-2121-F3, other side F1-2121-G4. I've been searching many years for rare records, and this one is a very tough find in any condition. So it gives me pleasure to make it available in this stunning condition. When I first saw it, I thought this must be some kind of reissue, it is way to clean, but it is an original. The cover is made of thick cardboard with 2 cover slicks, one of the cover slicks is on a little bit lower than the other, (see photo). This cover is in the most beautiful condition, all 3 seams are spotless, very clean, with NO wear, flaking, splits, etc. The four corners are sharp, and not pushed in or bent. There are NO cut outs, ring wear, stains, fading, writing, stickers, browning, mold, etc. And has only an ever so slight hint of wear on one side that is hardly noticeable. The Ep is also in wonderful condition. Both labels are very clean with sharp silver print, one has a very tiny white area on the outside perimeter (see photo). The other one has a very tiny and faint spot that can only be seen close up. NO wear, stains, writing, stickers, fading, etc. Playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine with NO groove wear, scratches, defects, warps, mold, etc. Looks hardly played at all.
