Opeth Wooden Box released by Viva Hate / Candlelight Records years ago and long out of print.  Full numbered edition of 1000, but this is the extra rare White Vinyl version limited to first 200 copies only (and I think the shirt is only available on these copies as well).  Includes 2 LP Sets of Orchid, Morningrise, and My Arms Your Hearse.  Also includes Opeth stencil and t-shirt all housed in a wooden box.  Everything is new and completely unused.
