Opal - Happy Nightmare Baby on SST Records SST-103. Rare promo copy of well out of print LP. 8 X 11 promo pic & press release. 
Sleeve is VG with a lightly bumped corner & a cut corner. Vinyl has some light ghost surface scuffs that do not affect play. From my personal collection that's been well stored & unplayed for 40 years.
