Description

This test pressing of the 2011 Telesterion 4 LP Box Set by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez was purchased directly from Sonny Kay, the graphic designer who designed most of Omar Rodriguez’ solo album covers.

Pressing info: RLP021 Telesterion 4LP A/B, C/D, E/F, G/H (2011, 4 sets pressed)

He sold a lot of the test pressings from his personal collection in December 2014.

The catalog numbers, titles and/or remarks written on the paper sleeves of the test pressings I’m selling were written on by Sonny.

This is a quote from the announcement he made regarding the sale of these records on the comatorium:

‘All records are from my personal collection and have never changed hands before.
All are original, black vinyl, generic pressing plant labels, generic paper sleeves, no jackets or other artwork.
Most are UNPLAYED/mint condition. The few that have been played have had no more than 3 plays each and are clean.’

And very importantly: ‘Pressing info provided is 100% accurate.’ So you can rest assured it still is ;)

Never personally played any of the test pressings I’m selling myself, hence the condition is as mint as it was before they came to be in my possession. All records have been kept in generic black cardboard vinyl sleeves for extra protection.

I swiftly went through photographing every release I’m selling once, since it’s quite a lot. But if you’d like detailed pictures of the vinyl itself, just send me a message and I’d be happy to help you out.

All records are carefully packaged and shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers with bubblewrap and filler pads for extra protection.
