NOTES: Very rare tax scam record on Tiger Lily. Cover has ring wear, small punch hole, and tiny stain back cover bottom left corner. No seam splits! Record looks and plays great. This album is generally classified as soul/funk, but it also sounds a lot like a harder edged Steely Dan, especially on the vocals. Hardly ever comes up for sale. GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
