OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipping by First Class International mail DOES NOT include insurance or any way of tracking your package once it leaves the U.S. If you have had issues with non-delivery of packages , I would strongly recommend requesting Priority Air or Registered Mail service. It is more expensive but should be considered for more valuable purchases. I assure you that I will package, label and ship all packages properly and in a timely manner, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles that are not insured. 99.999 % of all of my packages sent have arrived to their overseas destinations, but recently I have heard that many sellers are receiving more complaints about lost overseas shipments. You know if your postal service is reliable, or not. Use this knowledge to make your shipping service choices. I have always offered the above shipping options (I send at least 50% of my records overseas), but until now I did not see the need to include a written notice in my ad.
