"Outlaws is an American Southern rock band from Tampa, Florida. They are best known for their 1975 hit "There Goes Another Love Song" and extended guitar jam "Green Grass and High Tides" from their 1975 debut album, plus their 1980 cover of the Stan Jones classic "(Ghost) Riders in the Sky"."
1. Outlaws is the debut studio album by American southern rock band Outlaws, released in 1975. The album is known for the rock classic "Green Grass & High Tides", which is considered by many to be one of the greatest guitar songs, plus the hit single "There Goes Another Love Song".
Drawing influences from southern rock bands the Allman Brothers Band & Lynyrd Skynyrd, as well as folk rock and country rock bands such as the Byrds, Poco, Eagles, and New Riders of the Purple Sage, the band developed a unique, hard-driving country rock sound.

2. Lady in Waiting is the second studio album by American southern rock band Outlaws, released in 1976. (See 1976 in music) The album is known for featuring a cover version of "Freeborn Man" (previously recorded by Keith Allison and Paul Revere & the Raiders), which the band popularized and which eventually became a concert favorite. Henry Paul provides lead vocals on the studio track, but Harvey Dalton Arnold, who would join the band for their next studio album, would handle the lead vocal after Paul's departure. It was eventually included on the 1978 live album Bring It Back Alive, with Arnold on vocals.

3. Hurry Sundown is the third album by American southern rock band Outlaws, released in 1977. The title track became a concert staple and fan favorite. Four members of the band, Hughie Thomasson, Henry Paul, Billy Jones, and Harvey Dalton Arnold (who replaced Frank O'Keefe on bass) contributed songwriting and lead vocals. Paul would leave the band after the album's release.
Thomasson plays pedal steel on some tracks, and banjo on the bluegrass track "So Afraid".

4. Bring It Back Alive is a live album by American southern rock band Outlaws, released in 1978. It was released as a double album, and later re-released as a single CD. The album is best known for the twenty minute-long rendition of the song "Green Grass and High Tides" from the band's debut album.
Due to a printing mistake, early copies of the 8-track & cassette versions had the title Bring 'Em Back Alive. Although the cover of the vinyl version used the album's proper title (Bring It Back Alive), the labels on all four sides read Bring 'Em Back Alive as well.
