Probably the rarest record I own, this was never going to make it to release with such blatant samples, the title side worked in lines from 'Silence of the Lambs' and i dont think i ever heard it played out but 'the Whitney Tune' was a summer anthem, the blissful breaks and lyrics took you to dnb heaven - if you need a soundclip just ask !

It’s the end of an era for me as I put all my vinyl up for sale, having finally sold my soul to digital. Never again will I turn up at a club with a hopeful bag of vinyl to find they have removed the 1210s for ever. It’s a sad day, but at least it will free up one wall in the living room!

There’s around 1,000 tunes in my collection and over the next week or two I will attempt to list the lot. From classic early 90s Sasha tracks from Shelleys and The Eclipse, plenty of rave, hardcore and jungle, to more recent house, dance and trance tunes, there’s even a bit of ambient/chillout stuff, something for everyone - it’s a varied mix but if you know what you’re after you will find some rare classics in there, breaks my heart to see them go. Even a copy of Sasha and Digweeds LP ‘Northern Exposure’ in excellent condition and a top quality copy of ‘Bongo Rock’ from the Incredible Bongo Band, the album from 1973 that changed the face of dance music forever, sample heaven.

All my vinyl is in very good, excellent or even mint condition, properly cleaned there may be slight signs of surface wear but no blips or scratches, certainly nothing that would affect the play, I actually have a separate box for anything I deem to be damaged, that way it never turns up in my club box to scupper a mix. The ‘jumpy’ box will probably go on last, in a bargain bucket style!

As there are so many tunes to list I haven’t included sound clips but I can record and email them to you if required, or simply play them down the phone. I can’t count the hours I spent on the phone to Les at Groover in Liverpool (Groover is now 3beat but I reckon Les will still be Les). All vinyl will be sent to you in proper record sleeve packaging with card stiffener if required, a daily trip to the post office ensures no delay in getting your hands on your new tunes.
