OUT OF DARKNESS : Out Of Darkness... 1970 UK LP Original on the Key Records label & in 'flipback' type sleeve... tracks are ; Us / Thank You Lord / On Solid Rock / Wings Of The Morning / Moses / Lemonade And Peanuts / Closing In On me / Who Is To Blame / Hustle Bustle / Dreamaway-Stevie's Song / There You See A Stranger / Homeland / & Light...  the Group members are ; Tim Anderson (Drums, hammer and wirecutters) / Carl Grant (Bass guitar, bongos) / Ray Powell (Lead guitar, acoustic guitar) / & Tony Goodman (Vocals, harmonica, acoustic guitar)... with Ian Wilkie (Manager, tambourine, camera)... the Group play very strongly what they feel and it's all original material ; it is, indeed, one of the most sought-after progressive albums ! ..They were a London-based 'cult following' outfit and the material on this, their only album, ranges from beat-psych through to jazz-blues ; the 'highlights' include the Hendrix-influenced 'Closing In On Me' & 'Wings Of The Morning'... in effect, one of those obscure and rare 'legendary' albums only occasionally seen ! ...considering it's obscurity and rarity it has a realistic & reasonable starting bid price with no reserve ! ...MEGA RARE !
