Description
Rare OSIBISA offering that doesn't seem to have been released outside of Africa. This is a Zambian pressing, there is also a Nigerian pressing with an alternate cover, outside of that I've never seen this as a stand-alone release before. There was a CD release in the 90's for this, but even though they saw success in Europe, the UK, Asia and the Americas, this one seems to have missed international distribution. There's a form of this album in a UK box set, but the song lineup seems to differ. Really cool stuff, kind of a soulful jazzy disco fusion. Listen to a few clips to get an idea. Vinyl has marks as typical for Zambia, but unlike most Zambian pressings it's actually fairly loud, pushing the music into a level that's enjoyable vs hearing overpowering background noise as is the case with Zamrock lp's.
