This debut by the Belgian synth-pop band has been a long time in coming, yet in the last four years since their formation, their melancholic and dark yet accessible and mercurial sound has found them a unique home somewhere in between the lure of dance, pop and folk-there is just as much rich melody in 'Entity' as there is electronic experimentation, and just as much ethereal atmosphere as R&B influence. Yet with the help of London-based producer Leo Abrahams (who's worked with such disparate artists as Brian Eno and Florence and the Machine) their influences have been made whole in uniquely alluring fashion.
