ORIGINAL PROMO LP Acuff Rose Presents Elvis AREP 1 RARE!
Sehr seltene Promo aus England, nie offiziell im Handel. Nicht zu verwechseln mit der nahezu identischen Bootleg - bei der angebotenen LP handelt es sich garantiert um das Original, von dem von RCA UK nur 300 Exemplare hergestellt wurden.
Anhand folgender Merkmale kann das Original von der Bootleg unterschieden werden:
- Schrift auf dem Hüllen-Rücken ist komplett schwarz (Boot: teilweise rot)
- Schrift auf dem Label ist schwarz (Boot: dunkelbraun)
- Vinyl-Auslaufbereich mit Signatur "Boppin´ Bob" (ein Angestellter des RCA-Presswerks UK) - fehlt bei der Bootleg.
LP ist in sehr gutem Zustand, kaum sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren. Cover ist ebenfalls ok, keine Einrisse, Beschriftungen, kein Ringwear. Die Ecken sind leicht angestoßen.
Here´s another monster for your consideration. White label demo LP, never available commercially. Don´t mess this up with the widely spread bootleg version, this is a guaranteed original copy. Reportedly, only 300 of these were made by RCA.
Here are the facts that proove this is the real thing:
- writing on spine is all black (bootleg: partly in red)
- Label has black print (bootleg: dark brown)
- run-off portion of the vinyl has "Boppin´ Bob" (an employee at the UK RCA pressing plant) etched in (missing on the bootleg).
Record is in great condition, a few light paper scuffs. Sleeve has some wear at the corners, other than that very nice too. Clean, no writing, rips or ringwear.

Die Bewertung erfolgt aus zeitlichen Gründen nur optisch nach Goldmine. Die meisten meiner angebotenen Platten sind zwischen 40 und über 50 Jahre alt, und auch optisch gut aussehende Platten können knistern. Bitte zur Kenntnis nehmen und nur bieten, wer sich daran nicht stört!
