Description

THE SELLER: I am 75 years old, and ir's time to pass my collection of lp records on to the next generation of rock, psychedelic, and punk collectors of vinyl. I have my original 1960's records I bought new, and records I acquired in the 1990's when I had a re-birth of collecting vinyl. I was a seller and buyer of collectible records for many years at the Austin, Texas Record Convention. At that time, great titles from the 1960's and early 1970's were still available, and I took advantage of that. I got to a total of about 6000 lps, and have that down to about 1500 lps presently - only my best and favorite is left.    I grade very accurately - have never been criticized of over-grading the condition of lps and covers. I ship in 13" x 13" mailers to take advantage of the extra padding and protection afforded by the larger size. THE RECORD: This is an original International Artists record, still sealed. The record is mint as manufactured. THE COVER : Is MINT-. The shrink wrap is slightly torn at the top left corner. I have taken pictures of all sides, edges, and corners to show the cover and shrink wrap condition. The cover is a nice, bright white - the pictures taken without flash have a yellow look which is not accurate. SHIPPING: $8.00 for media mail continental U.S. Priority Mail, or International shipping is to be quoted on an individual basis.

I HAD A QUESTION FROM AN EBAYER ASKING IF THIS IS A RE-ISSUE. IT GOT ME THINKING ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS PRESSINGS, AND I REMEMBER THAT THE INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS CATALOG WAS RE-ISSUED AS A BOX SET IN 1970 BY CENTURY PUBLISHING. IT CONTAINED THE ELEVATORS LPS, PLUS RED CRAYOLA, ETC. I COMPARED MY SEALED COPY TO MY ORIGINAL COPY BOUGHT IN 1968, AND THE COVERS ARE IDENTICAL. I GUESS THAT THE ONLY WAY FOR FURTHER COMPARISON IS BY OPENING THE REORD, AND LOOKING AT THE LETTERS AND NUMBERS IN THE VINYL TRAILOFF. WHEN THE LP SELLS, I CAN OPEN THE LP, AND CHECK  THE  VINYL TRAILOFF FOR ORIGINALITY. IF IT'S NOT ORIGINAL, I WILL CANCEL THE AUCTION AND RE-LIST THE LP. IT WILL BE THE BUYER'S CHOICE TO DO THIS, OR NOT - BUT IF THE BUYER CHOOSES NOT TO OPEN FOR VERIFICATION, THERE WILL BE NO RETURN.
