A nice copy of this Wigan Casino favourite. The favoured side is full of class female vocal which is not surprising considering that 'The Poppies' were in fact none other than Fern Kinney and Dorothy Moore who went on to have solo success in the UK in the 1970's with "Together We Are Beautiful" and "Misty Blue" respectively. The latter is sheer class!
I would grade both labels as Mint - there is a minor smudge on the record serial number on the favoured side - see scan. As you will see this is a minor flaw. The vinyl is well-preserved. There is hardly a mark to be seen on either playing surface.
