Description
The original UK, 1957 HMV release of Elvis Presley's second album "Rock and Roll" No 2 Catalogue No CLP 1105. Flipback double half-crescent outer sleeve with original "Take Good Care Of Your Records" box print to the inner sleeve. RT tax code denotation to spindle hole centre of side one.
Very good condition as per the UK Rare Record Guide description. The record has been played as evidenced by many light only scratches. The sound is particularly clear and the vinyl surfaces smudge/mark-free due to a professional clean on a record cleaner. The labels are very good with no markings/ tears, and little wear. Good colour rendition to the labels.
The outer sleeve is as you see in the photos with just a one inch tear to the top right front and a half inch to the opening edge rear, but is complete with no parts missing. No writing or unsightly marks to the whole original item.
A reasonable price for a good example.
