Your big chance to win the very rare debut Postcard single both for the label and for the band, Orange Juice! The single comes in a wraparound paper sleeve, which is in EXCELLENT shape - no tears, creases, marks, rips or anything like that. There is a wee bit of indentation where the sleeve was not "backed up" by the hard vinyl, but this is minimal and less than you'd expect froma 26 year-old record. The record is in excellent condition - I've owned it since 1981 and have never played it, though I suspect it was played a few times before I got it (I bought it "new" in a shop, but that doesn't mean the shopfolks didn't spin it a time or two.) It looks pretty new. The flexi (apparently a live version of "Felicity" looks as if it may not have been played). This single is unbelievably rare, and it'd be tough to find one in a condition like this copy. The reserve on this item is about a third of what one recently sold for on eBay. By the way, the glare in the picture makes it seem like there are defects on the sleeve - for instance, between the two guys on the right, it looks like there is a "white" area. There isn't - it's just a fault of my poor photographic skills and the plastic sleeve. The sleeve is much nicer looking than it appears in the photo.
