OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN Box - Japan Set 10 LPs PROMO White Label Version - VERY RARE

This is an extremely rare promotional box set of 10 lps by Olivia Newton-John released in Japan in 1983. Each lp features an exclusive catalog number unique to this box, and each of these also features a little red & white promo sticker on its outer sleeve. Physical, Making a Good Thing Better, & Clearly Love all have non-gatefold sleeves, which is also unique to this set, as is the album titled Early Olivia. This box was the only way you could find those releases.

The lps all appear to be in good condition, each with a white promo label on EMI with the promo Japanese characters printed on each side. They have not been play tested, however, so there could be imperfections among them I have missed.

The box itself DOES show signs of age with foxing and signs of wear. Please see photos before buying to be sure you are okay with its condition. All pictures are of the item(s) you will receive. Some of the lp covers have signs of foxing & age spots, too. I’ve tried to capture as much of that as possible with these pictures. The hole in the back is meant to be there, to push the records up for lifting out of the box.

The Long Live Love cover shows the most signs of aging, but I would still rate it VG. Come on Over has a few spots too, looking VG+. The rest would all be at least VG+ or better. Totally Hot & Making a Good Thing Better covers both look excellent!

But still this set is in very scarce supply, so you’re not likely to find it listed here very often. Note that it does NOT come with an obi nor any booklets, and it also does not have the 7” private message record that came with commercial stock copies of this set. It does include all ten of these albums & songs.
