Description
Up for auction are 12 “Cisco Kid” shows (30 min. each) on twelve 16" vinyl transcription records.
The “Cisco Kid” syndicated series starred Jack Mather and Harry Lang and ran from 1947 to 1956.
The Mexican "Robin Hood," the Cisco Kid and his sidekick Pancho rode through the Southwest robbing from the rich and giving to the poor. The Cisco Kid and Pancho were a pair of rough and ready vagabonds who were often mistaken for outlaws but used this to their advantage, getting in and out of trouble at the drop of a sombrero. Pancho is one of the best sidekicks in western OTR, with a great sense of humor. He loves food and a good time, while Cisco is a handsome hero with an eye for a shady "varmint" or a lady in distress.

These 16" transcription records will only play on a transcription turntable with a 9" free arm.
All discs are in Very Good+ condition with original ZIV sleeves. They are clean and uncracked.
