Okko - Sitar & Electronics (BASF 20 21117-7, Germany 1971)
Rare ORIGINAL of the 1st album from Okko Becker (sitar, tablas, Moog) with backing from Simon Alcott (Moog), Herb Geller (flute) and Lucifer´s Friends´ Peter hesslein on guitar. Groovy instrumental Eastern Psych Krautrock with swirling sitar leads, freaky Moog sounds... Laminated gatefold sleeve.
Condition cover: NM- (some light lamination creases at edges, minimal wear at corners, no major wear, no writing, tears or splits)
Condition labels: NM
Condition record: vinyl shows light "wave patterns" (probably caused by the polylined innersleeve BASF used to include in those years, not affecting playing), light hairlines and surface scuffs, side 1 plays very clean and close to NM, side 2 plays VG+ to EX with occasional light crackle/tic(s)

Please note that I will not be responsible for damage or loss of unregistered / uninsured shippings to locations outside Germany! Registered shipping provides tracking option and includes insurance for up to EUR 35,00 (approximately USD 50.00, depending on actual exchange rate). For more expensive items insured shipping to most (but not all) countries is available, if interested please ask for availability and costs.
All items are send in solid cardboard mailers especially designed for shipping records with additional layer(s) of cardboard for stiffening and protection. I don´t use flimsy wrappers or aircraft pockets. Vinyl (protected by inner sleeve) will be removed from cover to prevent seam splits. Extra strong packaging (double mailers etc.) is available on request but will probably cause higher postage, please ask before paying if interested.
Serious bidders only please. Payment is expected within 1 week after the auction´s close. After this week a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and followed by negative feedback shortly afterwards.
Grading: All items are graded visually (under strong light source) and acoustically (at least spot checked). I use the standard grading system (M/NM/EX/VG/G...) to give an overall impression of the item´s condition added by a more precise statement of all occurring defects. I´ll only grade a record (or cover)as MINT if it is visually immaculate and unplayed (or if I´m sure that it was only played 2 or 3 times). All my gradings are guaranteed, if you´re not satisfied please contact me, send the record back and you´ll receive full refund (less postage). So bid with confidence.
