"Live Forever"
ONE SIDED TEST PRESSING WHITE LABEL
A one-sided white labeled promotional copy numbered CRE 185T of "Live Forever"
The slightly more common labelled copies were limited to 250 copies only and came in Company sleeves.
This, though, is a test pressing. There would not have been more than a handful made made to test the audio quality, five or six would have been the usual. The matrix is scratched on the run-off groove on the music side and is CRE 185T A and, opposite this, is the very faint inpression, 'Damont'. On the blank side, 'Damont Audio Limited' is pressed next to the label. There are no grooves on this side. This all indicates that it is a genuine 'Damont' test pressing.
The labelled 'promos' of this title are one of the rarest and most desirable of the OASIS records and often reach around £100 on the few occasions they come on to the market. What we are offering here has to be so much rarer and will be an absolute prize for the real collector and fan!
