Look at the pictures, there is a fine crack extending from the label to half way through the grooves. It has been this way since I bought at the Greene Street flea market in NYC in 1983 for 50 cents! It has NEVER affected play. I recorded both sides all the way through on the player attached. LISTEN! You will not be disappointed!

VG++ Played Very little, excellent sound

VG+ Some surface noise, but plays very good

VG Obvious surface noise, but does not really distract from play

G Varying degrees of scratchiness, can enjoy the record, but would probably not play in club or on radio.
