Authentic first US Press. If you’re not certain how to tell here are 3 easy ways to do so.
1. The word Masterdisk is etched in the dead wax. If it’s not there it’s not a first press
2. Recycle logo on back cover next to barcode. No recycle logo means the jacket is not a first press
3. Catalogue number on right side of label. If it’s on left side it’s not a first press
Some people have tried swapping the cover with a newer one because it’s beat up . Or they have an original cover and try swapping the record because it’s in bad shape
So it’s important to check the cover and record.
The record has one very brief skip on SLTS. The rest of the album played skip free on my player
It may be possible that your player picks up another brief skip that my player didn’t catch. But I did listen to it all and I only heard one very brief skip.
There are faint but visible hairlines but it’s not an abundant amount and the record visually has nice gloss and decent eye appeal.
This is not a NM record so please , if you purchase it do not expect to get a NM record.
The jacket is in pretty good shape. No seam splits or major defects. There is a minor corner crease and a touch of ring wear but overall it looks good.
The inner sleeve has no seam splits
It will ship in a sturdy box reinforced with cardboard inserts. The record is in a MOFI sleeve. The jacket and record will be placed in a poly liner sleeve with the record outside the jacket.
