Hello.  I've been selling and trading records for 25 years, first through mail order and later through online set lists.  I've been collecting records for 30 years so I grade conservatively and provide a lot of details so you'll be pleased with what you buy.  I'll be listing a lot of records across many genres in 2010, starting with 7"s and then moving into LPs, so if you like what you see please add me to your Favorite Sellers.  Thanks a lot -- here's info on the record:

NIRVANA - LOVE BUZZ / BIG CHEESE

Sub Pop Records SP23 1988

Genuine Love Buzz Un-Numbered promo. One of 200 copies that were given away to friends and those closely involved at time of issue.  It's been in my possession since its release.

Record is identifiable as follows:

The vinyl:

The matrix code in the groove on Side A is 2mm high and reads:

• SP-23-A Why Don't You Trade Those Guitars For Shovels? L-31540

The matrix code in the groove on Side B reads:

• SP-23-B L-31540X

In addition to these codes, each side also has the word Kdisc machine-stamped into the groove.

The cover:

All text on the sleeve, even the names of Alice Wheeler and Suzanne Sasic, can be seen clearly (see photo).

Condition:

Vinyl:  VG++, shiny with one surface mark on Side A and two smaller surface marks on Side B, none of which affect play.

Sleeve: VG++ with one small crease above the "B" in the upper right corner, otherwise very nice as it's been in a clear sleeve since its release. The white paper inner cover is original.

All records are removed from the outer sleeve before shipping, and packed in a corrugated record mailer with cardboard spacers on either side to prevent damage. I do not use flattened Priority Mail boxes, padded envelopes, pizza boxes, etc. I collect records & know how I want them shipped to me. I typically ship no more than 3 days after I receive payment.

For ALL locations double 7"s & multi record sets count as 2 or more 7"s.

And yes, I do combine shipping for multiple items, see below for prices.

~ UNITED STATES ~

Media Mail: $3.00 for the first 7" & $.50 for each additional 7".

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 weeks. Generally coast-to-coast delivery takes about 2 weeks, so the further away you are from the Mid-Atlantic the longer it will take.

Priority Mail: $4.00 for the first 7" & $1.00 for each additional 7".

Priority Mail is insured for up to $100.00 & will get to you in 2-4 days. It will also provide a tracking number when the record is shipped. REQUIRED for records over $100.00 in value.

Insurance: Available to all US buyers for an additional fee of $2.50.

Registered Mail: Available for an additional $11.00.

First Class mail can be slow -- expect to wait anywhere from 2-5 weeks. There is no tracking # or insurance unless purchased.

Priority Mail international: Available upon request -- REQUIRED for records over $100.00 in value (much faster, provides a tracking number & insurance up to $100).

Registered Mail: Available upon request.
