You are bidding on a very rare record here. This EP has the six songs on one side of the record and the other side is blank. The two "hidden" tracks, Suck & Physical, are on a seperate 45.

I bought this EP brand new and I have played it just a couple of times. The 12" has a slight warp in it from the 45 because of the shrink wrap and vacume seal from the factory, but it plays just fine. The 45 has never been played though. I heard the songs from the CD so I knew what they sounded like, no need to play the 45.

The cover is in excelent condition, not mint, but very close. The inner sleeve is near mint to mint and a glossy black color not a flat black. As you can see from the picture, the label on the record is the cover art on the play side and the track listing is on the blank side.

I have stored this record in a plastic cover protector since it was new and the only sunlight it has seen is the sunlight used to take the picture. No fading at all on the front or back of the cover.

This is the real deal #514 147-1 ilpm 8004 is the number above the bar code on the back cover, and on the label on the record. All the other copies of this album I have seen have all of the songs on one record, not split on two like this one.

I will ship this as soon as payment is confirmed and only to a confirmed paypal address. Shipping will vary by location and insurance is recomended since I will ship it through USPS.

The "marks or scuffs" you see in the picture of the back cover are reflections from the sheet under the cover. They are not marks or scuffs on the cover. I noticed this after I posted the listing.
