Nigel Simpkins X. ENC 1978 Waldo's 7" EP

Rare opportunity to acquire this historical cut-up EP from St. Albans' Nigel Simpkins - a limited edition of 1500. A single-of-the-week in its time, the disc was given as a gift to Julian Cope by the artiste himself. The disc was then kept safe for decades behind a thick clear polythene sleeve, ensuring that the fold-out gatefold sleeve has remained entirely crisp, even new looking! Both sides have just been played: 'Time's Encounter' exhibited no problems at all, while on the B-side, 'Scattered Strategies' displayed one pop, and 'Oblique Strategies' two in the middle then a quiet but discernible set of clicks in the final minute.
